In the app (straight away)
- Open Jammap and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete my account, then Yes, delete my account.
This removes your account and everything tied to it: your email address and name, the prayers you said you were going to, the mosques you follow, your saved places and your reminders. Reports you sent stay, but no longer say who sent them.
By email
Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your data. We will do it within 30 days and write back to confirm.
Facebook and Instagram
Jammap has no Facebook or Instagram login and keeps no personal data about Facebook or Instagram users. It reads only mosques’ public business posts, to find their prayer times. If you think we hold something about you from Meta’s platforms, email us and we will check and delete it.
